On Moving Stuff

This blog is dedicated to notes and references of moving stuff.  I began the writings in 2003.  I welcome any added experiences on moving stuff from others.  These are just a few examples of how to recognize and move internal unconscious stuffStuff is not only material.  It is ethereal, a great word which means: extremely delicate and light in a way that seems too perfect for this world.  It is transcendental.  Mostly, it is in our minds and working in auto play.

Using ways to recognize the contents of our mind as stuff inside us we are guided to make conscious choices.  Through this choice making we move stuff in order to manifest what we prefer.  Deception, desolation, disappointment, stress, anxiety, illness are all stuff that could come into being.  It is the unconscious mind.  Experiencing separateness arouses anxiety which is at the root of the situation. Moving the anxiety to the opposite of separateness, which is oneness, keeps the anxiety stuff from creating illness, physical, mental and spiritual.

While waiting for a prescription at Walmart I could sense anger stuff so I quickly moved My stuff (in my mind, changed the vibe) so it would calm rather than aggravate the anger stuff.  By recognizing a small boys pain, communicating to him that I felt his pain, perhaps with a glance, a smile, a shake of the head..yes, I moved stuff that put us in a place of oneness.  He quickly stopped crying.

How many times have you thought that the people in the room were angry and it was really you.
